Position: Community Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and moderate our online communities on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, plan campaigns, and ensure brand consistency.
  • Analyze metrics and insights to track performance, optimize content, and drive engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously improve our marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a community or social media manager in a professional setting.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Ability to think creatively, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles is a plus
