Position: Community Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage and moderate our online communities on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, plan campaigns, and ensure brand consistency.
- Analyze metrics and insights to track performance, optimize content, and drive engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously improve our marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a community or social media manager in a professional setting.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Ability to think creatively, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of SEO principles is a plus
