Senior Customer Service Officer

Organic Liquid Fertilizer Producing PLC (known by the trade name „Eco Green‟) is a legal entity registered in 2008 in accordance with Commercial Registration and Business License Proclamation number 980/2008 of the FDRE. As the name indicates, the Company produces 100% ORGANIC Liquid Fertilizer which is rich in microbes, improves soil fertility, increases the productivity and quality of the crop, and significantly cuts fertilizer costs. It has been bestowed different national and international awards including, but not limited to, “Prestigious Science Innovation Award in 2007 E.C.” from the hands of the former FDRE Prime Minister H/Mariam Desalegn, “Climate Innovation Prize in 2009 E.C” from Ethiopian Climate Innovation Centre, and “The Best Entrepreneurship of the year Award in 2015 G.C.” from UNDP. Job summary
Responsible for meeting the customer satisfaction and increase the number of customers by 
providing relevant feedback for sales teams related to customer feedback for service 
improvement. Provides high quality customer service and technical support, maintain positive 
customer/staff relationship through timely, courteous, accurate and efficient handling of all 
demands. 

 Major Duties and Responsibilities

  •  Ensure Daily Sales activities and performed properly
  •  Consistently coach, coordinate and monitor sales tea
  •  Be in charge of ensuring sales deals are executed by the sales team as per standard 
    delivery time
  •  Works towards improving customer experience during sales and acquisition process. 
  •  Perform after sale sales follow up via telephone call, email, and customer visit
  •  Coach sales staff about sales techniques, strategies and tactics
  •  Handle all customer inquires
  •  Communicate with customers through various channels about a company’s products and 
    services
  •  Capture all of customer feedback channels.
  •  Deliver information about a company offerings
  •  Provide proactive customer outreach
  •  Collecting, analyzing and resolving customer complaints and feedback
  •  Maintain a positive, empathic, and professional attitude toward customers all times
  •  Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints;
  •  Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support;
  •  Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers‟ accounts through open and 
    interactive communication
  •  Provide accurate, valid and complete information about customers by using the right 
    methods/tools
  •  Developing operating procedures for digital marketing products to sold by the sales team
  •  Provide all digital marketing support to the sales team
  •  Facilitate digitalization of customer journey and customer experience
  •  Periodically monitor performance of products sold to customers
  • Follow up the sales performance of the company on daily basis and the overall digital 
    channel function and generate report.
  •  Other duties as assigned by the management

Work Station: – Company Head office Addis Ababa
Salary: – Negotiable

About You

Qualification

  • BA degree in Business Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or other relevant field of study from a recognized college or university
  • 3+ years of related work experience


ABILITY AND SKILL REQUIRED

  • Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising plat forms
  •  Ability in working with and through people 
  •  Ability to persuade customers and others to make effective sales objectives 
    enthusiastically;
  •  Skill in operating a computer and social media.
  •  Proven work experience with customer support
  •  Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  •  Customer orientation and ability to adopt to different characteristics
  •  Strong customer handling and listening skills
  •  Excellent communication and persuasive speaking skills.
