Purpose of the job
The Store Supervisor- Raw Material is responsible to all warehouse operations activities including receipt, storage, control and issuance of raw materials, chemicals, supplies and equipment. The raw materials and Chemicals storekeeper also plans, organizes and controls stores /stocks in a professional manner ensuring prompt, efficient and quality service to the concerned units.
About You
- BA Degree in accounting, finance, Management, Purchasing and Supply Chain Management with 6 years of relevant experience.
Store keeping
- Control incoming supplies against with specification
- Follow HBSC’s receiving procedures strictly while receiving the deliveries & reject any unacceptable products and inform immediate supervisor accordingly
- Receive and properly stock any purchased and supplied items in a way that suits proper material management.
- Â Update the stock records and prepare issue vouchers & submit to Finance on timely basis.
- Â Ensure the accuracy of data inputs while using computer software for stores management.
- Ensure all store transactions are carried out in compliance with the store and fixed assets guidelines of the company
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of all equipment in stores.
- Â Initiate purchase when materials reach reorder level.

Documentations &Workplace organization
- Â Distribute timely completed regular store vouchers and properly maintain completed pads of GRN and Issue vouchers
- Â Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing deliveries of requested materials
- Â Receive and stores documents; maintains record of approved basic store documents
- Ensure storage areas, facilities and equipment meet the minimum requirements and standard
- Â Â Implement Standard Store operation procedures
- Â Apply all safety measures recommended by the SHEQ work unit
- Â Puts appropriate labels/tags that contains necessary information of each item
- Â Supervise casuals
- Â Ensure necessary workplace is neat and arranged in organized manner Â
- Â Mitigate all potential risk areas inside and around store areas and apply necessary preventive measures

Food Safety Management (FSMS)
- Contribute her/his role in the implementation of FSMS (understanding the food safety policy, objectives, follow the right procedure and work instruction, properly document the records)Â
- Aware about the company’s vision, mission and values
- Comply with the GMP policiesÂ
- Attend trainings when requiredÂ
- Report to the responsible body when polices are violated or any other issues which has an impact on FSMS implementation Â
