Position 1: DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FIXED TERM CONTRACT

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma inn Office Administration, Secretarial science & Office Management/Customer contact & Secretarial operation/Secretarial science with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

# Responsible for daily document management services and reporting on the documents management and control systems.

# Proficiency in using advanced document management systems (e.g., Aconex, Procore, SharePoint) for organizing, tracking, and archiving project documents.

# Experience in managing documentation for large-scale airport projects, including compliance with aviation industry standards and regulations.

# Expertise in establishing and maintaining document control procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of all project documents.

# Skills in managing version control to ensure that all stakeholders have access to the most current and accurate documentation.

# Proficiency in systematic record-keeping, ensuring that all project records are properly filed and easily retrievable.

# Ability to perform quality checks on documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standards.

Position 2: WET UTILITIES ENGINEER-INFRASTRUCTURE

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

BSC in Civil Engineering field of study with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, out of which 5 years in Airport.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

# Oversee, review and manage the design and implementation of wet utilities, and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

# Expertise in global standards for water supply, wastewater, and stormwater management systems (e.g., ASCE, AWWA, FIDIC).

# Proven track record in designing and implementing wet utilities systems for large-scale airport projects.

# Proficiency in hydraulic modelling software (e.g., EPANET, SWMM, Water CAD) for efficient water distribution and drainage.

# Experience in eco-friendly and sustainable water management practices, including rainwater harvesting and greywater recycling.

# Thorough understanding of environmental regulations, aviation standards, and infrastructure codes related to wet utilities.

# Skilled in coordinating with civil, structural, and environmental teams to ensure seamless integration of wet utilities into the overall airport infrastructure.

# Expertise in overseeing the installation and testing of wet utilities systems, ensuring quality and safety.

# Ability to address complex design and construction challenges related to water systems in a high-capacity airport setting.

# Expertise in trenchless technology, pumping stations, and pressure management systems.

Position 3: OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FIXED TERM CONTRACT

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

BA/BSC in Office Administration, Secretarial science & Office Management/Customer contact & Secretarial operation/Secretarial science or any business-related field of study with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, out of which 5 years in Airport.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

# Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly.

# Provide support to staff and management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings.

# Manage communication channels, such as phone calls and emails.

# Supervise office staff, including clerical and administrative personnel.

# Maintain filing systems and ensure the proper retention, protection, and disposal of records.

# Manage data entry and other record-keeping tasks.

# Oversee office supplies to ensure resources are available when needed.

# Establish and implement office policies and procedures to maintain order and efficiency.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

# Oversee, review and manage the design and implementation of mechanical works, and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

# Proficiency in global mechanical engineering standards (ASHRAE, ISO, ICAO) applicable to airport infrastructure.

# Extensive experience in designing and implementing large-scale HVAC systems for airport terminals, hangars, and support facilities.

# Expertise in the design of airport-specific plumbing systems and fire protection, including sprinkler systems and emergency response protocols.

# Knowledge of sustainable and energy-efficient mechanical systems, including LEED-certified designs.

# Proven track record in the design and integration of specialized airport systems, such as baggage handling systems (BHS), passenger boarding bridges, and jet fuel systems.

# Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that mechanical systems are seamlessly integrated into overall airport operations.

# In-depth understanding of aviation safety regulations and mechanical codes relevant to airport infrastructure.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

# Oversee, review and manage the design and implementation of highway & railway works, and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

# Expertise in global standards (AASHTO, UIC, EN, etc.) for highway and railway infrastructure, particularly in airport settings.

# Proven experience in designing roadways and rail systems that integrate seamlessly with airport operations, including access roads, taxiways, and transit links.

# Knowledge of designing transportation systems that facilitate smooth transitions between different modes of travel (road, rail, air) within the airport.

# Strong skills in traffic flow analysis, planning, and management to ensure efficient movement of passengers and goods.

# Proficiency in designing durable pavements for heavy airport traffic, with experience in maintenance strategies to minimize disruptions.

# Expertise in designing airport-specific rail systems, including light rail, automated people movers (APM), and cargo rail links.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • BSC in Electrical Engineering field of study with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, out of which 5 years in Airport.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

# Oversee, review and manage the design and implementation of electrical works, and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

# Proficiency in global electrical standards (NEC, IEC, ICAO) for airport infrastructure.

# Expertise in designing and managing complex airport power distribution networks, including backup systems, UPS, and redundancy measures.

# Experience in the design and implementation of Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) systems, ensuring compliance with aviation safety standards.

# Familiarity with the electrical requirements of airport-specific systems such as baggage handling systems (BHS), Passenger Boarding Bridges (PBB), and communication systems.

# Knowledge of energy-efficient electrical systems and sustainable design practices, including renewable energy integration.

# Strong understanding of electrical safety codes, fire protection systems, and regulatory compliance for airport environments.
