Job Position 1- Industrial Engineer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BSC. Industrial Engineering and related field of studies
Experience: Above 2 years IE Experience
Responsibilities
Participate in new machine fitting, from human, machine, material, method, ring five aspects, summarizes test and trouble spots, participate in the test and review, confirm the improvement plan;
After NPI production finish, need make FMECA report;
Track three times before mass production, verifying the rationality of technology, continuous optimization, confirm the previous problem points to improve the situation, deal with problems and summarize production Responsibility of Industrial engineer:
Participate in new machine fitting, from human, machine, material, method, ring five aspects, summarizes test and trouble spots, participate in the test and review, confirm the improvement plan;
After NPI production finish, need make FMECA report;
Track three times before mass production, verifying the rationality of technology, continuous optimization, confirm the previous problem points to improve the situation, deal with problems and summarize production point, complete the FMECA and output the production report;
SOP and SIP–Translate Chinese SOP/SIP to English and Amharic SOP, and make change for Ethiopia factory operation process easily and correct; Prepare SOP/SIP using BOM list and trial assembly without Chinese SOP.
According to the theory of the information in the UPH analysis table UT, database capacity, monthly summary for unified change and maintenance; and need to improve BR
Daily patrol done 《IE production line status checking list》;
Batch rework auxiliary PE to rework process, guide the rework online;
Organization, process optimization, to each department to process the feedback and advice, after evaluation and verification, timely and optimize the process, continue to improve product capacity;
Prepare training which makes production easier and to clear line process if there is any change.
Support and give training for new IE’S and PE’S.
Find out new mechanisms/methods to make production simple.
MODS action improvement;
Complete other task order assigned by leaders;

Have strong ability of analysis and understanding

Job Position 2 – Retail Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor degree or above, in marketing, business management and other related field of studies.
Experience: Have more than 5years of work experience in retail, electronic or fast consumer industry, and retail management experience.
Responsibilities
Responsible for retail sales to reach target
Responsible for the completion of the store placement, according to the office annual development plan.
Assist National Manager in development of the office channels price system and responsible for the implementation of the price system execution in retail channels.
Assist national manager in development of retail incentives and responsible for its implementation.
Responsible for the retail channel promotion management and terminal image building assistance.
Responsible for collecting retail orders, market information, customer information product information and other information compiled and analyzed.
Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance
Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the company reputation
Responsible for evaluation of Sales team within the scope
Skills
Excellent English and local language skills both in verbal and written, Chinese language as a plus is preferred;
Good at Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
Adapt to long-term business trips or overseas traveling
Job Position 3 – Test Engineer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Â BSC Degree in electrical, Computer or IT engineering or related filed of study
Experience:Engaged in technical management work more than 1 years.Has good technology and management experience.
Responsibilities
Monitor and Maintain calibration of test equipment and instrumentation
Support and maintain test lab facility operations
Develops process / procedural guidelines in support of continuous improvement activities
Performs engineering evaluations to determine the performance and durability of components and product systems.
Analyzes test results for trends or anomalies and develops investigative action plans.
Perform various product evaluations.
Write test outlines, procedures, and reports
