Job Description:
Softnet Solutions is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PC and Office Machines Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and support of PC systems, office machines, and IT-related equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of both Softnet Solutions and our clients’ technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot PC systems and office machines to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Diagnose hardware and software issues and perform necessary repairs and upgrades.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
- Provide technical support to Softnet Solutions staff and clients for PC-related issues.
- Ensure the security and integrity of data on PC systems and office machines.
- Collaborate with the IT team to optimize network and system performance.
- Manage and maintain an inventory of PC systems, peripherals, and office machines.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT equipment for Softnet Solutions clients.
- Stay up to date with technological advancements and recommend hardware and software upgrades as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a PC and Office Machines Technician or a similar role.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and peripherals.

Position: Technology Training Instructor
Job Description:
Softnet Solutions is seeking a passionate and dedicated Technology training instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching students between the ages of 10 and 17, imparting knowledge and practical skills in areas such as web development, app development, robotics, graphics, and kids’ development tools like Scratch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging and interactive software development courses for young students on Saturdays.
- Teach various aspects of web development, app development, robotics, and graphics to inspire creativity and innovation.
- Utilize kids’ development tools like Scratch and other age-appropriate resources to facilitate learning.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them progress and excel.
- Foster a love for technology and coding among young minds.
- Collaborate with the Softnet Solutions team to continuously improve and update course content.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a part-time capacity.
- Proficiency in software development, including web development, app development, and related technologies.
- Familiarity with robotics and graphics is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and inspiring young students.
- Flexibility and adaptability in tailoring teaching methods to the needs of individual students.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
