Office Assistant at Mohan PLC

Our company is currently seeking a skilled Office Assistant to join our team and help us support our logistics, Administration, Finance and all operations of the Company. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded person with strong language and Computer skills and versatility for various tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Following up and making transfers of all company-related payments.
  • Facilitating and Handling different issues with government institutions related to work permits, residence ID, passport renewal, investment and business license-related issues.
  • Performs clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of simple forms.
  • Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.
  • Maintaining files, Updating and Filing.
  • Handling mail correspondences, mainly the correspondences related to personnel, bank services and utility service providers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma/ Minimum of 12 grade graduate.
  • Strong Personality (A person who is Proactive, Dynamic, Hard Working, Motivated, Quick learner)
  • Proficiency in writing and speaking both Amharic & English (Other worldwide or Ethiopian language is a bonus)
  • Strong ICT skills
