A hostess in an office setting plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for visitors, clients, and employees.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greeting all visitors, including clients, vendors, job candidates, and others who come to the office.
  • Offering guests refreshments such as water, coffee, or snacks, especially during longer meetings.
  • Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and presentable, including arranging magazines, maintaining a neat workspace, and ensuring that any promotional materials are up to date.
  • Managing incoming phone calls, transferring calls to the appropriate person or department, and taking messages when necessary.
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room reservations
  • Providing support to various administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry, as needed.
  • Providing basic information about the company, its services, and directions to various departments within the office.

Job Requirements

  • High School or University Diploma in any field of study
  • 0 up to 1 years of experience in customer service-related jobs
  • Good communication skills

The HSE Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure the well-being of employees, compliance with regulations, and the reduction of environmental impact within our organization. The HSE Engineer will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, conduct risk assessments, provide training, and drive continuous improvement in HSE practices.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides support and guidance in the implementation and monitoring of HSE Management System (HSE-MS) at assigned project sites/facilities.
  • Reviewing HSE related project documents during evaluation of contract bids and provides specialist input to address any gaps.
  • Assists Project Managers in continuous HSE improvements by identifying training needs and conducting training sessions in order to successfully execute project HSE program.
  • Explains how to prevent accidents, implement safety plans, and respond to emergencies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Occupational Health & Safety or Environmental Science
  • 2 up to 7 years of work experience in related field
  • Fluency in English Language
