- Good communication skill.

Education Back ground
- Diploma/Degree in Transport Management, Business Management, Logistics and related field..
Years of experience
- 2/3Years relevant work experience,(Private company experience preferable)

Job Description
Job Requirements
- Prepares & record General Journal entries.
- Reconciles monthly all bank accounts as soon as a statement is received from the bank.
- Journalizes transactions such as bank advices, insurance debit notes, insurance credit notes and transit changes on time.
- Collect & register fuel consumption of company vehicles, prepare report and reconcile it with Total Ethiopia Abyssinia card report on time.
- Prepares monthly payroll on time.
- Prepares employee termination payments.
- Prepares monthly withholding tax payments to the government on time.
- Checks and verify monthly employee incoming tax payments to Yeka-sub city economic and finance office on time.
- Prepare Checks, Code and record Petty cash payments.
- Calculates & Prepare monthly VAT declaration on time.
- Collects monthly Bank statements.
- Verifies that cash receipts and cash sales invoices are recorded in sequence and all numbers are accounted for.
- Follows each aged receivables daily and report to Head office accountant for further action.
- Performs other related activities as required.

Reports to :- Finance Manager
Job Requirements
- BA or College Diploma in Accounting.
- Knowledge of Peachtree Accounting
- preferable if she has exposure to FMCG industry
Years of experience
- 4 Years for BA & 6 Years for Diploma
