Responsibility:

Following daily, weekly and monthly, sales of all regional and Addis Ababa shops, Agent Customers, and van sales.

Preparing sales trend analysis monthly report for management decision making.

Visiting regional shops for physical stock count.

Well capable in stock reconciliation

Well capable in cash reconciliation

On time reporting of stock reconciliation

On time reporting of cash reconciliation

EDUCATION:

Qualification 

  • MA/BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Marketing management and other business related fields

Qualification/skill:

4/6 years of work experience on Fast moving consumer goods products (FMCG).

Fluent in speaking and writing of 3 language English (more preferable), Amharic, Afan oromo

Competence in Microsoft software’s (Excel, PowerPoint, word etc.).

Competence in sales analysis.

General Job Description

The Office Engineer provides technical & administrative information to the others working on a project to ensure that the work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instruction; trouble-shoots engineering related installation problems. He/she is also responsible to ensure that the site is supplied with all documentation, methods and materials needed to carry out the works.

Detailed tasks and responsibilities 

  • Prepares the construction method statements and risk assessments, and develop work methods necessary for his/her area
  • Prepares temporary works drawings and site related design drawings.
  • Develop the job safety analysis.
  • Follows up on the permanent work design and coordinate this with the site.
  • Coordinates on a daily basis with the subcontractors, and assist in the preparation of the work requisition for the subcontracted works.
  • Prepares technical and commercial comparison sheets of offers received from the subcontractors, and follow up of the subcontracted works, including the payment applications.
  • Prepares work requisition for all required permanent materials, and prepare material submitting and follow-up of the approval process.
  • Follows-up the deliveries and invoicing of the permanent materials
  • Anticipate standard solutions and take initiative and make suggestions,
  • Keeps up daily work tickets.
  • Posts change orders.
  • Tracks and manages change orders.
  • Maintains as-built as work is completed.
  • Documents project issues/conditions
  • Maintains organizes and detailed project records
  • Obtains permits, badges and access requests in advance
  •  Assists with preparing change orders.
  •  Participates in Key Project Review
  •  Performs other related duties as required

EDUCATION:

Qualification: BSc Degree in Building Construction

Experience: 2  years  of  relevant  experience

Special Skill and Knowledge:

  •  Significant experience and detailed practical knowledge in Planning, organizing and prioritizing own work
  • Ability to summarize data in a logical way

JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties and Responsibilities:-

  • Managing the planning and design stages of construction projects.
  • Contributing technical expertise to project drawings and designs.
  • Performing cost calculations and preparing financial projections.
  • Preparing work schedules in collaboration with the project manager.
  • Liaising between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Overseeing construction engineering processes.
  • Performing regular tests on materials and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Ensuring that the construction project is completed on time and within budget.
  • Documenting processes and keeping detailed construction logs.
  • Presenting construction project progress updates to clients and senior managers.

EDUCATION

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, civil engineering technology, and related fields.

Requirements:

  • State-approved license.
  • At least 6 years’ experience as a construction engineer in the relevant field of specialization.
  • Advance proficiency in construction management soft wares.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Great mathematical, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Availability to visit the construction site outside
