1. Job title: Manager, People and Culture Business Partner

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from a college or university in related fields
  • Experience: 7 or more years of related human resources experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, At least 6 years’ experience in HR Business Partnering or related specialist role, At least 3 years INGO experience working in field operations and hardship locations
  • Place of work: Addis Ababa
  • Salary: As per the organization’s salary scale

2. Job title: MEAL Officer

  • Education: BA/B.Sc. Degree in Development Studies, Economics, Agriculture, and related social science fields, An advanced degree in Social Sciences related to development work is preferred, Master’s degree is an advantage
  • Experience: More than 4 years’ experience, a minimum of three years’ experience in handling MEAL activities of development programs and projects. Experience on handling AP/Project sustainability and transition is a plus
  • Place of work: Tigray Region
  • Salary: As per the organization’s salary scale
