1.Trainee Documentation Officer

Purpose of the Job:

As part of the company Young Professional Program of the company, our company would like to teach/train fresh graduates who are eager to learn. Through the mentioned opportunity, our company presents a learning opportunity of solid understanding about coffee export documentation.  

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support senior employees in coordination all distribution & documentation efforts.
  • Assist in ensure the safe distribution of products to customer.
  • Assist in coordinating partnerships and pickups with logistics shipping unit.  
  • Record transaction data in the distribution process and support reporting and evaluation of export distribution efforts.  
  • Maintain copy of dispatch and picking list to control movements and documentation backup for check-out items.  

Job Requirements

Job Qualification

●       Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing Management, Agriculture, Logistics and Supply Chain or in other related fields of study with a G.P.A of 3.00 and above.

●       Work Experience: No work experience is required.

●       Excellent communication skills in Amharic and English.

●       Willingness to learn & explore things.

●       Detail oriented.

●       Passionate about commodity trading/export.
