Position 1. Sales Supervisor

Duty & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a sales team and provide training and coaching
  • Develop a sales tact to achieve team sales goals and boost revenues
  • Identifying opportunities in the market to increase sales requires training in the sales strategy
  • Track, collect, and interpret the sales figures and reports
  • Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
  • Assisting in negotiations and closings between clients and sales persons
  • Meeting with clients and maintaining client relationships
  • Stay informed about the real state industry
  • Perform administrative duties
  • Keep updated stock information and share the sales team
  • Control and oversee sales team activities in the CRM system
  • Contribute your personal sales efforts to sell the property.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2 years and above of experience as a Real estate sales supervisors or 4 years and above a as real estate sales person, strong knowledge of marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, and digital marketing platforms

Position 2 .Sales

Duty & Responsibility

  • Generate new leads by meeting with customers
  • Setting sales target
  • Plan to reach the goal
  • Discuss, negotiate and close a sales agreement
  • Prospect and network with adherence to company policies
  • Researching prospecting clients
  • Engage with buyers and show them properties
  • Preparing daily, weekly and monthly report
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform cost benefit and needs analysis of existing potential customers to meet their needs
  • Ability to track customers problems.
