1.Procurement Coordinator

The Role Summary:

To Execute and perform activities on procurement and delivery for foreign local, and other related operations of the company for the achievements and high performances; effective and efficient sourcing of all purchases at an optimal cost for the company; develop and implement sourcing strategies that ensure flawless sourcing and delivery of material line with the brewery plan.

Result Area:

Ensure the availability of product-related items and all categories in the company

  • Execute sourcing as per the sourcing plans for each product category.
  • Procures materials at the right price, right quality, and right place.
  • Coordinates sourcing of materials for production, operations, commercial, and business plus monitors on-time delivery.

Supplies Sourcing

  • Execute market analysis
  • Identify competitive and relevant supplies
  • Records all relevant supplier information in the supplier’s master data

Procurement of Materials

  • Creates a competitive environment through agreed procurement method, tendering, and structured negotiation
  • Rationalize specifications and standardize purchasing practices
  • Execute proper documentation for both local and foreign end-to-end purchasing transactions
  • Increase local sourcing for proper utilization of FX

Continues Process and System Improvement

  • Make sure that all sourcing activities are in line with the Habesha procurement policies
  • Implement AEO successfully
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators for the respective suppliers
  • Initiates projects to improve supplier performance, the purchasing process, and internal customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

This role is positioned at the mid-level and requires someone who has experience in the procurement and supply chain profession. This person will have the opportunity to develop their career further within a very progressive, dynamic, and exciting work atmosphere.

BA Degree in Supply Chain and Logistics Management and equivalent work experience, ideally 3 plus years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setup with good communication and expression ability.

2.Fleet Coordinator

The Role Summary:

Working with the team, the post holder is responsible for the proper servicing of all Habesha vehicles and equipment to ensure appropriate availability, reliability, quality of repair, and maintenance costs are controlled properly. Moreover, The Fleet Coordinator is also responsible for providing all technical support, supervision, advice, and maintenance execution follow-up throughout the organization.

Result Areas and Responsibilities

Vehicle Service, Maintenance and Availability

  • Make sure all assigned vehicles and Forklifts are serviced regularly, with the required level of quality at their assigned garages.
  • Check the vehicle status before and after servicing, repair, and maintenance to ensure that work is done as per OEM standards, within the time frame, quality, and cost standards against requirements.
  • Ensure the availability of proper KM reading records for all Habesha vehicles and update the km reading regularly (at least monthly) to plan the next service KM.
  •  Assist in accident reporting by being available on the phone 24/7.
  • Get involved in the resolution of damages with insurance, police, and garages with a minimum delay to vehicle downtime.

Vehicle Inspection 

  • Inspecting all company vehicles as per the standard checklist every quarter.
  •  Organizing inspection report within a week.
  • Produce weekly/monthly reports on vehicle status, fuel consumption, and service updates, KM driven.
  •  Use fleet management system to monitor driving behavior, track abuse of vehicles, and provide support when necessary.

Data record 

  • Organizing all vehicle-related information (battery, tire, and any other spare replacement) and recording them in the vehicle history Jacket.
  • Manage documentation/archive of fleet-related matters including issuing/receiving documents, rental agreements, incident reports, and others.
  • Follow up/check on billing of rental vehicles and overtime payment to drivers.

Technical Support 

  • Assist all Habesha vehicle users whenever they need support.
  • Support fleet manager in technical maintenance of all company-owned vehicles.
  • Technical assistance in the installation of new vehicles. 

Job Requirements

The Person:

This role is positioned at the professional level and requires an experienced in vehicle maintenance with good technical knowledge who will have the opportunity to develop their career further within very progressive learning and development as well as a dynamic and exciting work atmosphere.

University-level Degree in a related field i.e. Mechanical Engineering,  Automotive … and/or equivalent work experience. Ideally 3 plus years experience in a similar role with very good communication and expression ability.

3.Trainee Packaging Operator

Your Role:

As a Trainee Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for developing& delivering improved performance against targets through effective problem-solving, decision-making & communication between shift teams and aligning with planned activity, Engineering support, customer services, and supply planning; Championing manufacturing excellence and driving delivery of manufacturing excellence initiatives, control cost of packaging by minimizing process waste, maximizing efficiencies and taking appropriate actions to reduce downtime and bring improve quality.

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate and maintain cutting-edge packaging machinery to ensure the quality of our beloved brews.
  • Work closely with seasoned professionals to understand the nuances of brewing and packaging processes.
