The District Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple Branches within a designated area
including and provide support & guidance ensuring that all branches within the district are meeting their financial and non-financial
targets, providing excellent customer service, and adhering to all regulatory requirements.
The District Manager plays a crucial role in driving business growth, managing staff under the domain of the District, and maintaining
strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibility areas include Planning and Execution, Marketing and Delivering Products and Services, Branch Performance
Management, Business and Outlet/Channel Expansion, Staff Management and Development, Customer Relationship Management,
Compliance and Risk Management, Financial Management, providing overall general support, etc
BA Degree in Management/Accounting/related fields; 11 years of relevant banking experience; 4 of which as Branch Manager or higher;
Proven experience in management or leadership role within the Banking industry;
Strong knowledge of banking products, services, regulations, and industry trends;
Excellent leadership and managerial as well as communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
build relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders;
Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities to identify issues & develop effective solutions
Sound understanding of financial management principles and practices
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
