Commercial Bank of Ethiopia is the leading bank in Ethiopia, established in 1942. Pioneer to introduce modern banking to the country with more than 1800 branches across the country.

The Commercial Bank of Ethiopia has signed a contract with the Chinese Jiangsu Sunshine Group for the supply of uniforms for its employees.

The bank has decided to make employees wear a uniform in connection with the implementation of a strategic change to provide better services to its customers.

መጋቢት 29 ቀን 2015 ዓ/ም Jiangsu Sunshine Group agreed to provide uniforms to the employees at the bank’s officers’ uniform handover ceremony held at the new headquarters.

Mr. Abe explained that the bank allocated a large amount of money for the provision of uniforms and covered the cost for most of the employees, while the bank’s middle and senior level employees and executives will share some of the cost.

The general manager of Jiangsu Sunshine Group in Ethiopia, Mr. Gao Qinghuna, said that the Ethiopian Commercial Bank’s staff uniform facility is the largest of the supplies provided by the Ethiopian branch.

China’s Jiangsu Sunshine Group, which is one of the 500 largest enterprises in China and was established in 1986, has started production in Adama Industrial Zone since 2019.

ባንኩ ለደንበኞቹ የተሻለ አገልግሎት ለመስጠት ከጀመረው የስትራቴጂያዊ ለውጥ ትግበራ ጋር በተያያዘ ሠራተኞች አንድ ወጥ የደንብ ልብስ እንዲለብሱ ወስኗል፡፡

መጋቢት 29 ቀን 2015 ዓ/ም በአዲሱ ዋና መስሪያ ቤት በተደረገው የባንኩ የሥራ ኃላፊዎች የደንብ ልብስ ርክክብ ስነ ሥርዓት ላይ ጂያንግሱ ሰንሻይን ግሩፕ ለሠራተኞች የደንብ ልብስ ለማቅረብ ተስማምቷል፡፡

በሥነ-ሥርዓቱ ላይ የተገኙትና ከኩባንያው ጋር የተፈራረሙት የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ ፕሬዝዳንት አቶ አቤ ሳኖ ጥራት ያለው የደንብ ልብስ ለሠራተኞች እንዲቀርብ የሚያስችል ውይይት ከጂያንግሱ ሰንሻይን ግሩፕ ተወካዮች ጋር አካሂደዋል፡፡

የደንብ ልብስ አቅርቦቱ ባንኩ የደንበኞችን ርካታ ለመጠበቅ ከሚሰራቸው ሥራዎች አንዱ መሆኑን የጠቆሙት አቶ አቤ፣ ባንኩ ከጀመራቸው የለውጥ ተግባራትና በቅርቡ ሥራ ከሚጀምረው ዋናው መ/ቤት አገልግሎቶች ጋር በመሆን ለውጥ እንደሚያመጣ ያላቸውን እምነት ተናግረዋል፡፡

ለደንብ ልብስ አቅርቦቱ ባንኩ ከፍተኛ ወጪ በመመደብ ለአብዛኛው ሠራተኛ ወጪውን የሸፈነ ሲሆን፣ በመካከለኛና ከፍተኛ ደረጃ ላይ የሚገኙ የባንኩ ሠራተኞችና የሥራ ኃላፊዎች ደግሞ የተወሰነ ወጪ ተጋርተው የሚቀርብ መሆኑን አቶ አቤ ገልፀዋል፡፡

የጂያንግሱ ሰንሻይን ግሩፕ በኢትዮጵያ ዋና ሥራ አስኪያጅ ሚ/ር ጋዊ ቻንሁሀ (Mr. Gao Qinghuna) በበኩላቸው የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ ሠራተኞች ዩኒፎርም ተቋማቸው በኢትዮጵያ ቅርንጫፉ ከሚሰራቸው አቅርቦቶች ትልቁ መሆኑን ገልፀዋል፡፡

በቻይና ከሚገኙ 500 ታላላቅ ተቋማት አንዱ የሆነውና እ.ኤ.አ በ1986 እንደተቋቋመ የተነገረለት የቻይናው ጂያንግሱ ሰንሻይን ግሩፕ በአዳማ ኢንደስትሪ ዞን ከ2019 ወዲህ ማምረት የጀመረ ሲሆን፣ በአመት 2 ሚሊዮን ሜትር ጥቅል ጨርቅና 3 መቶ ሺህ ሙሉ ልብስ የማምረት አቅም እንዳለው ተገልጿል፡፡
