1. Job title: Construction Engineer

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Engineer, preferably in real estate or property development.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in Ethiopia.
  • Proficiency in construction management software, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to collaborate and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a plus.

2. Job title: Surveyor

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Surveyor, with a strong understanding of surveying principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using surveying equipment, including total stations, GPS, and laser scanners.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret survey data, maps, and legal descriptions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate survey records and reports.
  • Proficiency in GIS software and AutoCAD for map creation and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to land surveying.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and travel to different work sites as needed

3. Job title: Purchaser

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Purchaser or Procurement Officer, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of local procurement regulations and practices in Ethiopia is a plus.

4. Job title: Sales consultant

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate, property development, or related industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local languages, both written and verbal.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations in Ethiopia is an advantage.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance, representing the company’s brand and values.

5. Job title: Receptionist

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment, including phone systems, computers, and software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • A positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
