About AACAPDC
The Addis Ababa City Administration Planning and Development Commission (AACAPDC) is a government agency responsible for the planning and development of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. It was established in 1996 and is headed by a commissioner.
The AACAPDC’s main functions include:
